Code School-- Corporate Training Instructor
Understanding Your Role:
As an Instructor, you are responsible for the student experience within a corporate training environment. Our Corporate Training Instructor will deliver and prepare highly quality & engaging curriculum, as approved by TTS. These responsibilities specifically lie in the realm of instruction as it pertains to the curriculum outline set forth by Tech Talent South.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead instruction of course material in specified class hours (onsite at designated corporate locations in the Atlanta area).
Attend and mentor students during office hours.
As a TTS team member, you also will:
Actively participate and contribute to weekly team calls
Teach in a rewarding atmosphere
What we're looking for:
Skills and experience in the following:
Java and Java Application Testing
CI/CD with Pivotal Cloud Foundry
Someone with a passion and understanding of teaching code
Dedication, persistence, patience, attention to detail, and enthusiasm are great characteristics for this role
Professionalism is extremely important
Classes meet Monday-Friday for 16 weeks (8 hours per day).
Depending on candidates and skill sets, we are willing to consider hiring 2 instructors to split this role.
Potential opportunity to join the TTS team full time after contract expiration.
