defects or any damages that may result from defects of any
kind. You further agree that you are the owner of the email address which you are registering and you have the right to use your email address, or that you have the permission of the owner to register that address with this service.
You agree with the following limitation of LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT WILL XWRAP ELITE TEAM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT OR ARISE OUT
OF THE SERVICES, THE AVAILABILITY OR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY
INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED OR DERIVED THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICES,
ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SERVICES, OR ANY TRANSMISSION OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
You agree to indemnify and hold XWRAP ELITE Team or
the employer(s) of the XWRAP Elite members harmless from and against
any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees) incurred by XWRAP Elite arising out of
any use or misuse of the Services (including any information or
products obtained or derived through use of the Services) provided
under this Agreement.
