New Window Management Functionality

The SuperviseWindow and SuperviseState modules (see SuperviseState and SuperviseWindow in IBM Visualization Data Explorer User's Reference) implement important new functionality for users, allowing you much more control over the effect of mouse and keyboard actions in a Display window. This allows you not only to define the behavior for given mouse or keyboard events, but also allows you to implement direct interaction without the use of the Image tool. Thus direct interaction is now possible without the Data Explorer User Interface.
