Creating an outboard module on an SGI will no longer fail due to lack of resources resulting from fork.

SelectorList interactors can now contain more entries.

Cache management has been improved.

It is now possible to save texture-mapped images, both from the Image window and by capturing the output of Display. See ReadImageWindow.
