Viewing and Picking in Render

Two modes for mouse events in drawing area:
- Viewing - camera parameters can be changed
- Picking - objects can be manipulated, or queried
Keyboard shortcut - >Esc> toggles between modes
Cursor icon in drawing area changes with mode
viewing - hand
picking - arrow
