My name is Chaya Hiruncharoenvate. I'm a PhD student in Computer Science in the School of Interactive Computing, College of Computing at Georgia Institute of Technology. I'm a part of comp.social lab under supervision of Dr. Eric Gilbert. My research revolves around Internet censorship in repressive regimes, especially censorship in social media.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Master's degree in Information Technology specialization in Very Large Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. I worded extensively in RERC-APT lab in Robotics Institute, developing Tiramisu mobile application.
