Homework 4: Sample Exam Questions
In this assignment you are to write a potential midterm exam question
and a possible answer to the question. Your question should not be
too simple, for example, True/False or multiple choice. On the other
hand, it shouldn't be too complicated either, for example, a 5-page
essay question. Instead I'm looking for short answer-style questions
where the solution may involve identifying something, explaining
something, characterizing something, evaluating something, or similar
objectives. The answer probably should range from a few words or a
sentence to about a paragraph.
Try to write a thoughtful, fair question, because Prof. Stasko may
then use it on the actual exam, and hopefully you will have a good
answer in that case! Remember to submit both your question and sample
answer, and to include 2 copies.
