Save Records

After the user is satisfied with the list of records, they can be saved to a file. This is where the original source is finally changed. To save, the user simply selects all the records worth saving, and presses the "Save" button. A dialog will then appear telling the user where the file has been saved, and the saved file will automatically appear in a browser screen.

To save the file locally, and actually modify the original source, the user must select the save function in the browser window that contains the bibliographic records. Then, the user must overwrite the original source. Be sure to always keep a backup of your original source, just in case you are not satisfied with the changes.
