Blair MacIntyre

Biography
Dr. MacIntyre has been a faculty member in the Georgia Tech College of Computing and the GVU Center since January 1999, after finishing a Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science at Columbia University in New York City. He directs the Augmented Environments Lab, whose research focuses on the design and implementation of computer-enhanced interactive environments. His current focus is on augmented reality environments, especially those that use personal displays (ie. displays worn or carried by the user) to directly augment a user's perception of their environment.
