Statement of Research Interests:

Dr. Adams’ research focuses on designing, fabricating, and implementing new ubiquitous and wearable sensing systems.  In particular, he develops systems that enable remote monitoring and diagnostics for more pervasive healthcare. Dr. Adams leverages sensing, signal processing, and fabrication techniques to design, deploy, and evaluate novel sensing technologies.

Statement of Teaching Interests:

Dr. Adams’ teaching focuses on applied and translational technology at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including health technology design and ubiquitous computing.  He teaches Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing (MUC) and Health Sensing and Interventions (HSI).
