Statement of Research Interests:

I have a relatively broad research interest and capability, based on my industry experience as systems and chip architect in the Silicon Valley and my government experience in building and managing basic and applied science research program for the Office of Naval Research, program in Cybersecurity. I am currently focusing on investigating several topics including but not limited to: hardware-assisted cybersecurity, cyberattack-resilient technologies and foundational principles of machine learning. Current list of research projects is available at: https://sites.gatech.edu/karno/sample-page/csafa/

Statement of Teaching Interests:

I am currently teaching Introduction to Cyber Physical Systems Security (CS6263) and Cyber Security Practicum (CS6727).
