Statement of Research Interests:

Dr. Rusch has worked with online education for most of her career in different capacities across content and design, with a focus on research and teaching. Her current research focuses on online education, at-scale education, and affordable degrees, and she has published at several venues such as Learning@Scale and the SIGCSE Technical Symposium.

Statement of Teaching Interests:

Dr. Rusch manages the OMSCS seminars and has taught several seminars, including Women in Tech, Computational Sociology, Futurism, and CS in Popular Culture. She also previously taught a graduate course, Digital Health Equity in OMSCS. 

Selection of recent research, scholarly, and creative activities:

Dr. Rusch has won several awards at Georgia Tech, such as the Accessibility Advocacy Award in 2023. She has presented and published in several venues such as the SIGCSE Technical Symposium, Learning@Scale, and the AAAI Symposium Series.
