Rich Wang (B.S. '98) is an experienced M&A strategy executive specializing in helping clients address complex business, organizational and technology challenges across the M&A lifecycle.  He has partnered with senior executives at industry leading companies helping them define and achieve success in both enterprise and functional-level due diligence, merger integration and carveout engagements.  Rich also has extensive experience in managing strategic business and IT initiatives for enterprise organizations as they pivot their services to address shifting customer needs.  

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
