
Cyber Experts Celebrate Published Papers at Top Conference
A record-setting number of Georgia Tech researchers are preparing to present their latest cybersecurity findings in Tapie, Tawain this week at one of the world’s top security conferences.
Fourteen research papers featuring Georgia Tech authors will be presented at the 32nd ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security with 12 of them featuring the work of faculty and students from the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy (SCP). The collection of papers also includes contributions from 17 partner organizations from industry and academia.
The collection of papers is second only to the German based CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, who had 15 papers published.
“The record number of Georgia Tech papers that will be presented at this top-tier and highly selective conference speak to both the excellence and breadth of SCP research,” said Interim Chair Mustaque Ahamad. “This is another example of our global leadership in cybersecurity and privacy research and education.”
The papers touch on a wide variety of security topics including:

- Hardware and Systems Security
The ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security is the flagship conference of ACM’s Special Interest Group on Security, Audit and Control. The findings of SCP faculty and students will be presented alongside information security researchers, practitioners, developers, and users from all over the world.
